This report aims to provide the policy suggestions which focus on three aspects in terms of securing a local production  population, strengthening glocal(global+local) capabilities reflecting the features of immigrants and utilizing settled-female immigrants, based on ‘Global Lady Program’, which is  intended to enhance marriage immigrant women’s capacity in Gyeongbuk region. Through this study, it is expected to elaborate how to improve regional human resource by utilizing some unique and specific resources from the region,  and to expand the findings into a regional model that takes advantage of the characteristics of the female population.
